City Hunter 3

In the neon-drenched streets of Shinjuku, Ryou Saeba’s less a hero and more a walking distraction, while Kaori wields her hammer like a last stand for sanity. City Hunter 3 (1989), a 13-episode run from Sunrise, blends action, mystery, and comedy with a cast of women who are as much a threat as the villains. Ryou’s motives? Dubious.
